For years, I led worship and tried to help others find hope. Then I went through a time when I struggled to find it for myself. I’ve survived moments when I tried to end my life, found healing, and built a family and a life I’m grateful for. Those years weren’t wasted—they helped shape the person and artist I am today.

The Forward Fox is my way of sharing what I’ve learned: even when life gets dark, hope can be found, and your story isn’t over. Through songs about love, loss, and everything in between, I hope someone out there finds a reason to keep moving forward.
